Brrrr!

Okay, it's cold.

We were getting pretty spoiled last week (was it just last week?) with the GORGEOUS 75 degree weather in NOVEMBER, for Pete's sake, so now that it's like 35 degrees out, it seems horribly cold. I don't completely mind the cold weather. I don't love it, but I'd rather be cold than hot. When you're hot, you are just HOT. It's hard to cool down sometimes, and I always feel like feeling hot and sweaty makes me so much less attractive than normal! If you're cold, you can put on more layers or get a blanket or something. More importantly, there's no excessive sweating involved.

Me + sweating = not a good situation.

On another note, Cecilia and I became certified Zumba instructors this weekend by attending a 1-day Zumba workshop! This workshop consisted of an hour-long master Zumba class which kicked our asses and then a full day of learning the basic moves and working on them. Frankly, at about 2 p.m., I was ready to just learn the rest of the info via a DVD or website or something. My legs and feet were totally yelling at me in agony, and we had to spend quite a bit of time sitting on a hard, wooden gym floor. Not the most comfortable! Overall, it was fun and interesting, and I'm glad we did it so that we can now teach Zumba classes! I've already started choreographing routines in my head when I hear fun songs! Watch out, future Zumba students!
