Okay. Nick just got a call from his supervisor, saying that he is recommending they keep Nick on for 3rd shift. However, he will be getting a $0.50/hr pay cut. When it's all said and done, that's like $1040 less per year, but I think it's the principle of the thing that is bothering Nick, and I understand! He has worked for that company for around 11 years, and now a paycut? Not his fave, but at least he's still going to be employed there, right?

sometimes we're given situations that help us appreciate things we thought weren't so great....a job is a job is a job and Nick has done well putting up with all the hassles life has tried to put in his way....a winner in anyone's book!
